2. About WeChange
WeChange is a non-custodial cryptocurrency on/off-ramp platform operated by NETSOR International s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic.
WeChange does not perform any financial services directly. We do not exchange currencies, hold funds, process payments, or operate as a bank, payment institution, or virtual asset service provider (VASP). All financial operations — including currency conversion, payment processing, settlement, and fund custody — are performed exclusively by our third-party partner, Bridge Technology, Inc. (bridge.xyz).
WeChange functions solely as a technology intermediary that:
- Provides a user interface for initiating on-ramp and off-ramp requests;
- Forwards User transaction requests to Bridge for execution;
- Displays transaction status, fee information, and exchange rates as provided by Bridge;
- Facilitates User communication and support.
WeChange does not at any point take custody, possession, or control of User funds — whether fiat or cryptocurrency. All funds flow directly between the User and Bridge.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
- Not be a resident of, or located in, any country or territory that is restricted by Bridge. A current list of restricted jurisdictions is available at bridge.xyz;
- Not be listed on any applicable sanctions list, including those maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or the United Nations;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Successfully complete the identity verification (KYC) process as required by Bridge.
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.
4. Account Registration
To use the Services, you must create an account on the Platform using a valid email address. This email address serves as your sole login credential with WeChange.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
- Immediately notifying us at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
WeChange stores only your email address for authentication purposes. All other personal information required for identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance is collected and stored exclusively by Bridge.
5. Services
WeChange provides a technology interface that enables Users to:
5.1 On-Ramp (Fiat to Crypto)
Convert supported fiat currencies into supported digital assets. You initiate the request through WeChange; Bridge processes the conversion and delivers the digital assets to the wallet address you specify.
5.2 Off-Ramp (Crypto to Fiat)
Convert supported digital assets into fiat currency. You send digital assets as instructed through WeChange; Bridge processes the conversion and sends the fiat currency to your designated bank account via the applicable payment rail.
All conversions are executed by Bridge, not by WeChange. WeChange transmits your request to Bridge, displays the quoted exchange rate and applicable fees, and shows transaction status updates. WeChange has no control over exchange rates, processing times, or the execution of transactions.
6. Third-Party Service Provider — Bridge
The financial services accessible through the Platform are provided exclusively by Bridge Technology, Inc. (“Bridge”). By using WeChange, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Bridge is a separate legal entity from WeChange. Your use of Bridge's services is subject to Bridge's own terms of service, privacy policy, and compliance requirements, available at bridge.xyz/legal;
- Bridge is responsible for all regulatory compliance, including licensing, anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, and customer due diligence (KYC);
- Bridge directly handles all currency conversion, payment processing, fund custody, and settlement;
- WeChange does not guarantee, endorse, or assume liability for Bridge's services, uptime, accuracy of exchange rates, or processing times;
- In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Bridge's terms, Bridge's terms govern with respect to the financial services they provide;
- You may be required to accept Bridge's terms separately as part of the onboarding process.

8. Fees
WeChange charges a service fee on each Transaction. The current fee structure is as follows:
| Fee Type | Rate | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Transaction Fee | 2.5% | Applied to all on-ramp and off-ramp transactions |
| Premium (Fast) Transaction Fee | 5.0% | For expedited processing where available |
Fees are displayed prior to transaction confirmation and are deducted at the time of processing. Additional fees may be charged by Bridge, your bank, or blockchain network operators (gas fees). WeChange is not responsible for any third-party fees.
WeChange reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform and will apply to Transactions initiated after the effective date of the change.
9. Transaction Processing and Settlement
Once you submit a Transaction request through the Platform:
- WeChange forwards the request to Bridge for execution;
- Bridge processes the Transaction according to its own procedures, compliance checks, and timelines;
- Settlement times depend on the payment rail used, blockchain network conditions, and Bridge's internal processing.
Typical settlement times:
- SEPA (EUR): 1–2 business days
- ACH (USD): 2–4 business days
- Faster Payments (GBP): Same day to next business day
- PIX (BRL): Near-instant to same day
- SPEI (MXN): Same day to next business day
- Blockchain settlement: Varies by network (typically minutes)
These are estimates only. WeChange does not guarantee any specific settlement time. All Transactions are subject to Bridge's compliance review and may be delayed or rejected at Bridge's sole discretion.
Transactions are irreversible once submitted to Bridge for processing. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details — including wallet addresses, bank account details, and amounts — before confirming a Transaction.
10. KYC/AML Compliance
All Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations are performed exclusively by Bridge in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
To use the Services, you will be required to complete Bridge's identity verification process. This may include providing:
- Government-issued photo identification;
- Proof of address;
- Source of funds documentation;
- Any additional information Bridge deems necessary for compliance.
WeChange does not collect, process, or store any KYC/AML documentation. All identity verification data is submitted directly to and stored by Bridge, subject to Bridge's privacy policy.
Bridge may, at its sole discretion, refuse service, delay transactions, or terminate your access based on its compliance review. WeChange has no control over these decisions.
For details on Bridge's compliance framework, see: bridge.xyz/legal.

13. Non-Custodial Nature of the Service

14. Intellectual Property

15. Privacy and Data
WeChange collects and processes minimal personal data. Specifically:
- Data we store: Your email address (for account authentication and communication purposes).
- Data we do NOT store: Identity documents, financial information, bank account details, wallet addresses, transaction histories at the personal data level, or any other KYC/AML-related documentation.
All personal data required for identity verification and transaction processing is collected, processed, and stored by Bridge, subject to Bridge's privacy policy available at bridge.xyz/legal.
WeChange may use anonymized and aggregated transaction data for analytics, service improvement, and reporting purposes. Such data does not identify individual Users.
For questions about how your data is handled, contact us at [email protected].
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeChange disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of exchange rates, transaction data, or other information displayed on the Platform;
- Any warranty regarding the performance, availability, or reliability of Bridge's services.
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Exchange rates may fluctuate between the time a Transaction is initiated and when it is executed. WeChange does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
17. Limitation of Liability

- WeChange shall not be liable for any losses arising from:
- Actions, omissions, delays, or errors by Bridge or any other third party;
- Blockchain network failures, congestion, or delays;
- Incorrect wallet addresses or bank account details provided by you;
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
- Regulatory actions taken by any government authority;

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

22. Amendments
WeChange reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
